Wrong departure time on ticket

I would like to thank Emmanuel and Sinalo I had booked a bus on computicket for 10:20 on the Friday for the 17th of April and it seems that the bus that I was supposed to be on left at like 9:30 but then the ticket that I had, had a different time I am very grateful for the two people who assisted me in rebooking it didn’t cost me an extra dime thank you for your service I was just not happy with the first lady that I spoke to I don’t even remember her name thank God she was very rude and didn’t even care that it wasn’t even my fault that that ticket was the wrong time she just kept on emphasising that on her side on the system is showing you like come on girl customer service is very important but thank you I managed to get the bus the next day and I heading home now currently I’m writing this as I am on the way to Johannesburg so thank you.
