Worst trip in my life!!!

Wish i can give this bus a minus 5!! Im so so ****ed off with thus buss first of all it departs from Durban, i get on the bus wuth some other person sitting in my seat they move. Thatt person to some else's seat who also complained as that person was in there seat they have no idea whats going on!!!!! Secondly this whole bus is so so so cramped up i cant even move my legs or any part of my body, seats ate horrible!! Third the driver barly ledt Durban station and was literally driving with one hand and speaking on the damn cellphone and pasing ut to his co driver a cew times!!! Last but the very not least...... Driving almost 6 to 7 hours straight without getting off to stretch my legs or have a smoke break....... Horrible horrible horrible experience with this intercape mainliner single cab..... Never will i use intercape again. This is just my experience.
