Worst service experienced

071 bus stuck in the middle of no where on the 09th of Nov early morning. That sucks on its own but the drivers only told us after 30 minutes that the bus broke down and they dont have a way forward on how we will get to Johannesburg. It's been over 2 hours now no update. I deserve a refund. I won't be getting to my destination on time and we are sitting here frustrated with no updates
