Worst service ever. Unprofessional and RUDE

I have had two decent bus rides on Intercape, but every single other trip has been TERRIBLE.

This time (my 8th/9th trip with them) is absolutely the last unless there are MAJOR changes. The driver was rude from the beginning, and just ignored me outright when I asked questions. The only time he acknowledged me was to yell at me and other customers. We stopped, and myself and 6 others stood outside the door having a smoke, and he looked us in the eye, closed the door, and drove away while we yelled at him to wait. He obviously knew, because he came back 2 minutes later and yelled and yelled at us and told us we were stupid. He overloaded the bus, and yelled at the passenger who didn't have a seat because of the driver's mistake. When a seat opened up at the next stop, he mocked and degraded the customer and said *what is this? Huh? Can you not see this seat? " in a very harsh tone, even though the seat had not been available before that moment. He mocked and degraded myself and multiple other customers, and refused to give us his name, taking off his badge so we couldn't find out what it was.

At the next stop, there were obviously not enough seats because the driver hadn't fixed the overloading problem. He made us wait for hours, even though people were wiling to put a child on their lap to make space. Eventually a whole family chose to get off and they hired a cab to get to their destination, so that the whole bus didn't have to wait for the stupid driver. Even then, he refused to give me an update and said he didn't know and we must just wait, even though he had JUST been on the phone getting an update. He just looked away when I asked him repeatedly, and then swore at me when I moved closer and told him to answer me.

I've never experienced so much rudeness and such a lack of professionalism, and I've been taking South African busses and public transport for years. Disgusting. DISGUSTING.
