WORST SERVICE EVER - INTERCAPE

Worst service EVER. I took my nephew to the bus stop 12:20am. The asked every single driver and showed his ticket (that was almost R1000)! Every single one of them told him it is not his bus. We sat there until after 2am! We phoned their line and they send us a message the bus arrived at 12:45 and left the town at 12:55. So they told us to explain to the driver that was there at the moment he must take that bus. That driver was not happy at all with us. As if it was our fault! He phoned and my nephew stook outside. The driver that drove off told us he is not turning back for my nephew that he said no it wasn't his bus. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
