Worst service ever. Don't make use of Intercape

It was the worst service I've ever received. They speak to you in a language you don't understand and tells me I must learn their language. He treated me with disrespect and I didn't once was disrespectful towards him. I didn't feel save. I will never use Intercape ever again. I will recommend that no one make use of Intercape. Greyhound is much better.
