WORST SERVICE EVER

Very bad service… I’ve been on a call the whole night with people who don’t give a damn about your safety and time. I booked a bus from GRAAFF REINET to CAPE TOWN. The bus gets there and the driver says I’m not on the list. I spend literally 2 hours calling this lady called Nolusindiso, which I’m assuming is not her real name, she has an attitude from hell, she makes me wait another 2 hours for a bus that’s “running late”, only to find out the bus is fully book and her response is “you can lodge a complain sir” I’m extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
