Worst service ever!!

The intercape contact centre is THE WORST contact centre. The agents will put you on hold for the longest time without telling you why. I just tried to cancel my trip DAYS IN ADVANCE and some lady put me on hold for ages. What sort of nonsense is that, so you wait it out until we hang up so you can avoid the refund is that it? Is that the big tactic here? I just want my money back geez.
