Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

Intercape have the worst service! Canceled the same bus ride twice!! They canceled the first one, then rescheduled for us, then canceled that one too...everytime the afternoon before departure!!! All they can say is...sorry for the inconvenience!!😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Previous trip was from PE to Pretoria...the toilet must have been full for days as the whole bus reeked from urine!! I demanded to sit in the frontseat as I could not breathe and you could barely breathe there!!!!! That very same bus ride took 23 hours and 30 min!!! What a nightmare!!!
