Worst service ever!!!

Intercape bus service does not even deserve a 1 star, they have *********** staff which does not allow for order when checking in to the station. I mean really there is no order whatsoever when standing in queue or even going in the bus. People are fighting for buses as their buses are always late. They don't check their buses properly like their advert says, which then leads to break downs and even more delay of travel time. Then when we call you to complain, its an even bigger problem. You guys have the worst service ever, Greyhound has never given me a problem. Thought i would give you guys a try now i regret it. And trust me everyone on this bus feels the same way, wr have been stuck in Heidelburg at the mall for over 3hours and to top it off we left Park station late. Bus 115"to Durban
