Worst service ever

To whom it may concern,

The service received was utterly unsatisfactory. Most if not all your busses were 2hrs late and no communication at all via SMS or something, to make things even worse more time was wasted when we got to Park Station when passengers from another bus were moved to our bus.

Please respect our time & money, I can’t be on the road for 6hrs and the drivers still waste our time and no apology given, when I request for a refund I’m told it will not be the full amount.

Your service standard is dropping and you taking your clients for granted.
