Worst service by Intercape

15 August 2024 I called their call centre number *** and was assisted by a nice coloured lady as I was looking for a bus from Klerksdorp to PE, she informed me that there was 1 seat available and gave me options of securing a ticket which I obliged that since I am 5km from the Total Energy garage I will get the driver to do an OBS for me since I was almost at the garage. I was driving to Joburg initially and was going to book a bus at Park Station but thought since I am finding something in Klerksdorp since I was in the NW it's a win win- it saves me a trip to Joburg, on arriving to the driver he was aware of me it seemed and asked that I stand to the side he will attend to me, I put it to you he attended to me 10mins later and spaces were now full & told me there is nothing he can do, I am writing this review sitting outside the Total garage cold, luckily a Greyhound bus driver came and gave me advice that will see me travel and I thank you Greyhound staff, you rock, I curse Intercape!
