Worst service by intercape

We booked a return bus from joburg to Durban beach for 10pm departure and return at 9am. The bus left joburg an hour late,stop by the garage in joburg for 45min,with out any notification. Up on return,we were supposed to depart at 9am from Durban beach but the bus was nowhere to be found. When I called the customer service,I was told that the bus was 5min away and that was 9:20,caĺled back 15min later,only to be told that the 9 o'clock bus was cancelled,still with no alert or what so ever. We were standing in the rain and the bus came 1 hour late. Still stopping at Durban station. The least that they could have done was to let us know that they decided to cancel the 9 o'clock bus, the stupid bus only left by 11am. So how are we gonna get home by the time we get to joburg,there won't be any public transport considering that it is a Sunday today.
