I will never use intercape again.

I booked a ticket in January from Potchefstroom to Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape. I was 16:45 at the bus stop, the departed time on ticket was 17:50. I was waiting until 18:00. No bus arrived, so I called customer service: a lady then told me that the bus is late sorry for the inconvenience. At 19:30 a bus arrived going to the Eastern Cape only to find out that it was not my bus, I then called customer services and another lady told me the bus is already gone and that I should be earlier at the bus stop in the future. This is unacceptable as the ticket was R560 and the bus did not arrive at pick up point. Intercape does not answer any email that you send to them.
