WORST service

I had the worst experience using this bus, after using it for 10 years I have never been so disrespected. Sitting in a passage with a baby. The driver insisted that I sit on a space not even enough for a 10 year old claiming that the bus is full yet he kept the front seat for someone else and could not even intervene in getting the people clear a space. WORST OF ALL HE DROVE WHILE I AM STILL SORTING MYSELF AND THE BABY. I regret using their services and will surely lobby other to never use the Umtata to PTA route because of the quality of buses and lack of choice given to the passenger yet the Dbn route has all fleet every hour!
