worst service

i have booked Intercape bus ticket to Harare from Johannesburg on Saturday and the sales consultant made a mistake upon making the booking. only when i got to park station for check in and was told i was not on there passenger list and could not travel.<br> <br> i had to go to the office of purchase, when i got there on one would assist me as each person would send me to a different person, i kindly requested for a refund of R2100 and not petty apologies. why should i forfeit my my money because of a consultants mistake,<br> <br> i am very dissapointed in the service for an organisation which is supposedly to be at peoples convenience and not ripping people off
