Worst service

I'm currently sitting by the garage, outside, In a very cold weather. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled departure time. It's been 2 hours since it has passed, and no one has said anything to me. The guy at the "office" is clueless about what's causing the delay. I'm now late for my flight at East London because I'm stil stuck here in Mthata, I've forfeited my R1700 flight ticket.

This was the last time I bought am Intercape ticket, I swear.
