Worst Journey by Bus

Had the worst experience traveling with Intercape from Johannesburg to Tsolo on 09.06.2022. (Bus reg.: ICG8101 GP). Bus delayed for 2 hours at the weighbridge in GP because it was overloaded. Drivers do not communicate with passengers to let them know what's happening. But heaters on a 100 through the night.. So uncomfortable.
