Worst hours of my life

I'm still travelling in this monstrosity called Intercape. The journey began with the bus being 3 hours late. Seats are broken. Bus is filthy. When we boarded they simply told us that first come first served, nobody checked our tickets or our luggage. Drivers are so rude. When we were 7 hours squashed In like sardines, they refused to let us alight & use the toilet at a filling station. I forced to go to the loo with my daughter and the bus pulled away. We had to bang on the door for them to let us in.
