Worst experience with intercape bus

I would like to bring to your attention ,the bad experience we had on bus back to Durban form Johannesburg.

Firstly ,this being our first time traveling with intercape via bus from Johannesburg, we got to the bus station. ,Garage ,and waited for bus ,not knowing we were at the wrong stop ,as there were no indication where to go to find the pick up point .

Luckily I did make contact to find out ,and was called to say we were to meet at the check in point,I had to ask the garage attendants for directions .

I also want to bring to your attention , the driver was the only staff member on the bus,with no assistance . On the way to Johannesburg there were two other staff members,I think j that was very selfish and should there being an emergency the driver had no support to assist him.

So we boarded bus ,and half way to Durban we experienced bed bugs on bus and alot of us were inconvenienced with that .The driver is aware of that situation and was told to report the incident .

Got home to find my daughter and I were bitten throughout our bodies ,and with severe itching

This was the worst experience, your bus should be cleaned before every trip,I'm sure it's not the first time either.
