Worst experience with intercape

I'm upset the way the Intercape coach 136 is treating us. We left PE on Friday 9 Feb 2018 from the station and got stucked with the bus for approximately 4 hours.The Intercape refused to give the instructions to the drivers to make a stop for the elderly, children and diabetes people to have something to eat and then to inject themselves with the medication. A uncle got sick vommitted and fainted. The is a big problem to be over 20hours on the bus.
