WORST experience OF MY LIFE!

As im trying to figure out which bus to into with my daughter, drivers and assistants were of no help. My husband purchased two tickets, the driver told me my daughter and I cannot sit next to each otber because there is no allocated. I have travelled with intercape many of times where I was told to move and sit next to someone else because they had a baby. The woman I'm sitting next to is smelling of alcohol and I am squashed because my daughter sleeping on me. My African brothers and sisters together with the driver are laughing while I'm on a call with intercape explaining my situation not knowing I'm from Eastern cape and a fluent Xhosa speaker. I am disgusted that a Christian bus can actually allow this to happen, no sympathy no remorse no customer service whatsoever. I am falling off my chair in an isle seat withy baby and yet according TO LAW a woman with a child must have a window seat due to safety. I am off to bury my grandfather in Pmb tomorrow morning after receiving this treatment. I want my refund and I will not rest until I get a sincere apology, my money back, an apology to me and my daughter for the racial remarks and a terrible uncomfortable trip. This needs and has to be taken further . below is my reference after spending R30 airtime speaking to a consultant. I handed the phone over to one of the intercape employees and they failed to assist. After begging everyone in the bus to move to another seat so I can sit with my daughter no one helped. People are walking up and down to the toilet and pushing against my baby's legs because I'm so squashed. How can your company have the audacity to play christian TV and carry out such behaviour? I am absolutely disgusted. Where is the pride and dignity when you put JESUS CHRIST on your brand?

Thank you for logging a call with Intercape's Client Service Dept. A consultant will be assessing your call and will contact you. Ref C85114.
