Worst experience EVER

The start of the experience was of worse things to come.

2 Adults and a 2 year old Booked tickets from Pretoria to Groot Brak started with a delay of 2 hours due to technical issues. Transferred to Johannesburg before trip could proceed on 19/22/2022.

Then the WORST experience to start the New Year with a booked return trip !!!

Total discomfort from Groot Brak to Bloemfontein. Boarding a non-sleeper, no toilet on board.

Then to only board a sleepliner at 04:00 In the morning 02/01/2023, with a toilet that cannot be used because the door does not close ???

TOTAL BREACH OF CONTRACT !!
