WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Firstly i booked a ticket online scheduled for 18:00 but once i got there they say that the bus is rescheduled for 20:30 but instead the bus arrived at 21:00 another half an hour delayed and then secondly I reserved seats and paid extra for the seats for me and my partner and they just refuse to let us sit on our reserved spots I have traveled so many times with intercape and this is the first time i am very disappointed in this kind of service this is also the last time im travelling with intercape and surely will open a case against Intercape for making me pay for something im not getting WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Dont ever support this company
