WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

On the 9th of December I went to purchase a ticket to East London from JHB Park Station, I managed to get a ticket for a bus traveling the same day and before making the booking I had asked if there’s charging ports in the bus because I had to communicate with the people receiving me in terms of directions the lady rep**** yes and processed the ticket.

Departure was at 18:30pm and I was told to arrive before 18:00pm which I did but nothing was in order, the lines were being delayed and we only left the Station at 19:05pm.

There was no charging ports AT ALL!! when I kept asking about that I was being ignored and I had to keep asking until I got an answer, most uncomfortable seats - I don’t know whether that Bus was extremely old but my legs were hurting by the person sitting in front of me and I’m short person, no seat belt at all for me!!

Intercape bus number 053 - I will never forget this bad experience.
