Worst experience ever

RLX43EGYCZ1F & RLX43EGYCZ2F passagners of the Intrecape bus on Friday, the 19th of January 2018 departing from Shell Ultra City N1 at 22:15. We were meet to leave Johnnesburg Park Station at 11pm.

We have been moved to three buses like a cattle of ***s without a clear explanation as to what the issue is and no apology of our inconvenience. It's been 2hours we're still waiting for a bus with no explanation whatsoever. Parents are traveling with kids and we all know the high level of crime in our country. Our safety is also questionable. This must have been the worst service I've ever experienced in all my public transport travelling encounters.

We have commitments in the morning and at this rate we are unaware of the time of our arrival.

Our feet are swollen. We are restless and damn tired. This is utter bull**** to cut it short
