Worst experience

I sent an email on the 03/10/2024 advising how dissatisfied I am. No one seems to care!!! I bought a mainliner ticket and a big sky was sent through with a broken seat!! We pay for convenience! I could’ve paid for big sky at a cheaper rate if I wanted a budget liner.
