On the 31/12/2017 I was traveling from Mount Frere to Johannesburg, which was scheduled for 19:40. An unforeseen circumstance occurred in the area where there was a ******* or attempted ******* at the bus stop, there was a shooting. Apparently then the bus decided to change the stop and went to the SAPS without notifying US. The next thing when I realize on my own where the bus was, the bus pulls off at 19:43 and I try to stop this bus driver he ignores me. When I call their call center I'm told that they are not allowed to stop?. That sounded funny because when we left Johannesburg as soon as the bus left the terminal the driver was called to stop at Rissik street for 3 people, of which the bus was schedule to leave at 17:30 but left at 17:50 and worse we waited another extra 5 minutes at Rissik street for these people. For a company that claims to be Christian and follow Christianity values they need to treat clients equally, in Jhb they can be stopped but in Mt Frere they are not? Another issue is why are we not informed when there's a change of bus stops under any circumstances? Why do they request for our details when we do a booking if they can not communicate to us? Why not even give clients extra 5-10 minutes and see if everyone who is suppose to board the bus is there because of the shooting? It's so unfair and very inconveniencing, I want my refund because the driver was unfair and the company must take responsibility! Company values should be practiced by everyone employed by the company and not just the management form call center staff, drivers and up to the management to be able to maintain the company's values and mission!
