Worst customer service

****ed up, booked four tickets in a single transaction but were denied the privilege of sitting next to each othe eventhough we are traveling as a family. Traveling from jhb to dbn not being able to speak to your brother/sister with a snoring stranger next to you is totally disrespectful. Most uncomfortable 6 hour ride in my life. Customer service doesn't suck, it bleeds the life out of your spirit. & then we're told that wen we're having a conversation from a forced distance we're disrespectful to other passengers.
