Worst customer service

This was my first time using intercape and probably the last,, I'm so disappointed In the poor rather horrible customer service I had to experience at boarder gate 1 in Pretoria bosman, i was so mistreated by the staff especially the one they called V, I didn't get her name but please hire people who love what they are doing because we are the one's who have to deal with them in most situations 😨, if I were to get into details I'd write a book
