Worst bust experience 6 hours delay

Worst experience, poor customer service. Bus left at Midrand on 5 Feb 17:30 and was supposed to get to Cape Town at 13:30 it only arrived at CPT at 18:45. This is a 6 hours delay. I would not recommend it if the call centre people are very useless
