Worst bus trip of my life

i was on a bus yesterday 14 Aug 2022 from Durban to JHB number 451 I think, we all understand it's winter so i don't understand why the airconditioner was on high and everyone was shaking with coldness, even when he was asked to turn it down(diver) he did not heed to our pleas this was by far the worst experience in a bus i've ever and to think one should expect a better trip from Intercape only to be met with this is very disappointing
