Worst bus trip ever!!!!

On Thursday the 3rd of December 2015 I took the bus from Midrand to Mosselbay, except for 2 hours late it was the worst bus ride ever. On our way it was raining, I was sitting in seat 45 and almost slept when I was flooded withwater...the lady sitting next to me was kind enough and went to sit at the back because of the rain, this was a little better untill more people got up. I complained and they ignored it, they will bring me papertowel. In the meanwhile it was during the night and I was cold and wet, the water was in my Adidas tekkies which is still very new and cost me R1200. I had my laptop bag with me as well and everything was wet!!! The rain just kept pouring in and everytime that I complained I was told that there is no other place, the bus is full, how can you expect a paying customer to sit in a place where the rain was pouring in like that??? This is TERRIBLE!!! They then moved me upstairs on another dirty seat where somebody else was sitting, I was ok then but had to took my socks and shoes off because it was so wet, this is unacceptable and I want a full refund plus my shoes need to be replaced!!!! I will no longer make use of intercape!!!!!
