Worst Bus Services- Intercape

What a horrible bus experience. The bus was schedule to depart at 18:00. It arrived at 18:15 and we only left Park station at 18:35/18:40. We had our first in Kroonvaal and were instructed that we have 15 mins. We we get on the bus ready to take off again, the driver tells us that unfortunately we won’t be leaving we are waiting for 5 people who got on the wrong bus. We waited for 3 hours, for just lousy five people !!! We tried calling the customer service they did not pick up. When we get to the Eastern Cape (Between Aliwal North and Jamestown) the bus breaks down and we are told that it’s overheating we will have to wait until they get another bus. The drivers don’t know when the alternative bus will arrive and basically people should just suck it up because it’s not their fault.

Would not recommend Intercape any day ! It’s the worst bus and has the worst service ever. It is inconsiderate and complacent.
