Worst Bus Ride Ever

What a horrible experience. In all my years I have not travelled this bad. Took the bus from Bellville to Keimoes. Bus nr 800 on 23 April 2022.

The passangers were not wearing masks, there were flies, the toilet smelled, I heard someone complain of cocroaches and to top it all off the driver decided that the heater (hot air was coming out of the vents) must be on all night. We sat in a 30 degree celcius bus the whole 12 hours. Upon asking him about the aircon he said it is automatic. A male phoned the bus service to complain about all of the above, the aircon was turned on for a hour after which the driver decided to turn off again.
