Worst bus company ever

Never in my life will I ever use this bus company again. I had the worst experience from the beginning of my journey, all the way to the end of it. When it was our boarding time we had to wait in the queue for something like an hour, while the mechanic was busy fixing the bus. In all of this, no one came to address us, and let us know what was going on.

On the last stop before my destination, I received a call from Intercape telling me to get off the bus, as the bus would not be continuing to my town. I asked for some compensation to continue my journey, as I paid a full fare for my ticket, but apparently that was not going to happen.

This was not my first experience of this nature with Intercape, but this was the worst bus service experience I've ever had by far.
