Worst bus

I booked my ticket to travel from cpt to hre as l had been recommended by a family member that they are reliable and always on time not knowing l should have gone with my gut of booking Greyhound because as the nightmare unfolded first we waited for a a boss that was so called delayed for close to 2 hours. The bus eventually got there we where rushed on the bus as if they are doing us a favor and the driver was literally trying to drive off before people got sitted... As this was all just after worster we got stuck again and not it was a Tyre issue. So what was it that made the bus delay if it was not that they where checking and making sure that all is inoder as l type this we setting in the middle of nowhere not even know wen this God dame bus will move again its close to an 1hour. I already have a return ticket with the same bus and now my worry is all this mishapes
