Worse trip

<p>On the 18th of December we booked a trip to Durban with intercape. First of all the bus was late, secondly the bus was leaking, I was traveling with my granny who is old and sickly and she got soaking wet because of the leaking in the bus. The bus then broke down and we waited two hours for any communication. The whole trip was just a nightmare and there needs to be some compensation as we had paid for a service and got a terrible experience </p>
