Worse travel experience

Worse travel with intercape bus on 28 August 2023 from Johannesburg to Durban. The bus schedule time was 09:00 departure and 16:30 arrival in Durban station. In Mentrose the crew members who was speaking Venda was rude when asking passengers if everyone was back on board. The crew got lost in Pinetown, they were driving in residential areas in roads not meant to travel heavy vehicle,they were reversing in dabgerius roads causing traffic jam. That was the worse nightmare journey I ever had
