Worse service ever Intercape

What a load of **** this bus is. The staff is horrible and stops at points for an hour without even saying anything eventually I asked the driver what's going as I needed the bathroom and he told me he is leaving and will leave me there. Then I asked ok so where is ur next stop and he said he doesn't know. I will definitely not leave it there. Ontop of which it is covid and the bus is full of people dont understand how their social distancing works and if that is not enough they allow strangers to come and sell cables and earphones on the bus at stops!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to do something about these people
