Worse service ever in my life.

I would like to express my worse experience I had with intercape service, my ticket number was B6PTWB2D we left at Cape Town bus station at 18:30 on the 26/04/2023 we were supposed to be in Durban by 18:50on the 27/04/2023,as soon as we left the bus station the bus had a problem we we were told it's airbag, luckily it happen while we at the garage at Paalr, we were withing there til another bus arrive at 23 H 00 and it was the cheaper bus budget liner with no toilet, that bus had no power when it comes to heel roads other charging port were not working, we went to Eastern Cape to get another bus when we reach there machanic were busy fixing the same bus were suppose to board off with,the bus had no TV n the toilet was telling very bad in such a way my jest was conjested I had to ho to the Dr cause at night I had to breathe like m having asthk Dr told I have inhail the buctiria that's why I got sick I have short of breathe before going to the Dr, we went pass Mount Courier for us to use the toilet cause that one was bad. As soon as we left the garage approx 30 minutes the bus had a problem we had to make calls n ask for another bus we were told the bus will come from Durban to pick us up n mindyou it's a three hour drive from Durban to reach Harden where we were stuck n we were in the middle of nowhere, we hag to Google Harden police number to come patrol the place cause it was too dark n scarry, we had to wait for a bus from 20:30 till the bus came picknis up at about 1H30 in the middle of the night and we have arrived in Durban at 4H00 in the morning and act we have travel 3 days from Cape Town to Durban north n I had to reach home at 5H00bin the morning. I would like to be paid back all my money because the service we have received was more than worse n my Dr's bill right now m booked off because m sick my sicken was bad I have severe anxiety caise I panicking.

So please no negotiations I need my money back if not I will Take this further.,my contact number is ***, n m not the only person whose complain you are still gonna get more complains.
