Worse service ever

My name is Nonhlanhla Zondi , I wrote a review on towards the end of April 2023 about the poor service I have receive from Intercape bus, till today I have never receive any e-,ail or calls from them ,I did report that i want my money back ,I have travel for 3 days instead of travelling for 2 days ,I would like to know why they are undermining my my complain it's been a month no reply , they really don't have a customer service , they need to get some training on that , I would like a feedback before end f today it's been long. 😡😡😡😡😡
