WORSE INTERCAPE BUS SERVICE EVER

Bad service i received on the intercape bus, the bus is supposed to to get to the station by 11 am but it got there at 12 that means now i got to be home 1 hour late compared to the time i should have been to the other station. I stood for 2 hours standing waiting for this **** bus and the service was awful. People are complaining , one grandmother almost collapsed on the bus line waiting for the INTERCAPE BUS 163. This was my first and LAST TIME using INTERCAPE BUS SERVICE. I will never recommend it to anyone. Its feative season and it not safe theres too much crime. Its not easy getting at home late at night because the flipping bus driver was late. My trip was on the 24th of December going to pietermaritzburg from jhb bus station. These people are rude they won't even say sorry for being late.
