Worse Bus Trip EVER

I travel to Cape Town on a frequent basis and the last bus trip I took was the WORST. with Covid around there are rules and regulations like not having a bus at full capacity due to social distancing. When I travelled to Cape Town and Back to Durban the bus was completely full and I had both times people sitting right next to me coughing and falling asleep then leaning onto me. The other terrible thing was, the buses toilet was blocked and couldn't flush. So there was urine in the top part of the bus toilet that couldnt flush and the smell was so terrible. This is the bus company that's taking over what Greyhound left behind. I always used to travel by Greyhound but now I don't want to travel at all by bus anymore.
