Worse bus service ever

I am currently on the bus and am very disappointed with the experience. The bus is extremely cold, making the journey uncomfortable. We have also been informed that we need to wait in Swellendam for a replacement bus. Based on the travel time from Cape Town to Swellendam, I estimate that the delay could be around 4–5 hours. In addition, the charging ports on the bus are not working, which means passengers are unable to charge their devices during the trip. Overall, this has been a frustrating travel experience. I would appreciate feedback on how Intercape intends to address these issues and whether any compensation will be offered to affected passengers for the inconvenience and delay.
