Worse and Horrible Trip Ever

Good Morning,

I am writing this complaint with a very heavy heart.

I have been travelling with Intercape for many years but this has to be one of the most horrible and unforgettable trip I have even taken in my life.

First, we travelled from Umtata on Thursday 26th August 2021 at 18:00and was suppossed to arrive in Park Station on Friday 27th August at 06:40 am.

However we only arrived at 09:00 am without any communication from the drivers.

Upon our arrival at the station, there was a bus stationed which was supposedly on route to Maputo but had a mechanical failure.

We were then forced to used that bus as the driver argued to he wont be able to reach Maputo with it as it is not good enough for Maputo passenger (as they were Whites mostly) but good enough for us Blacks, therefore we were forced to utilize it as we were on our route to Midrand and Pretoria respectively as this bus was good enough for us Blacks to travel with.

After we had boarded the mechanically failured bus, we then had to beg and plead with the drivers as they were busy chit chatting outside the bus and not giving us any attention nor communicating openly and transparently with us, the passengers.

We were then told by another driver that the bus that we were initially travelling with all the way from Mthatha was crashed as the driver took a wrong way out, hence they were busy chit chatting outside.

We were then now forced again to get off the mechanically failured bus and again board the bus that had crashed as it was now not good enough to travel to Maputo.

We then boarded the crashed bus as we had no other choice and we were already late by 2 hours by now.

As we were on our way the window shattered and broke into million pieces and nearly damage my eyes and face.

Is this what "SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY" means to Intercape?
