WHATS THE USE OF CHECK IN ???

Bus 133 was scheduled to leave at 14:00 but you have people checking in at 14:15 and after. What is the purpose of the check in time 13:30 then? Why should an unnecessary delay occur and not even have the decency to explain to passengers who were on time??? Just because they wanted to accommodate people that were not even scheduled to be on that bus. Professionalism should be exercised please, this is not acceptable. So now its 14:35 we are departing Park station, so much for 14:00 bus!
