Whats the Point of Booking?

<p>So we booked the Intercape Bus, Joburg to Durban on the 15th of Dec, for the 23rd We were told our Bus will leave at 22:00.I understand its Festive Season and all but why are we being treated like we bever paid for this Service? I have been using Intercape for Years but after this Expirience i will not be using it or Recommending your services to anybody i know. Its Been 1hr and 30m we just waiting here, Nobody is Updating us about anything we just standing here!Now tell me whats the Point of booking and paying So much for ur Services if we going to recieve ****py Service Like this? Do you guys even care about ur passengers or you just care about the Money! This is So Unproffesional and Disrepectu to your Customers! </p>
