What use to be a reliable bus, is completely a joke

It is that time of the year when we are once again forced to endure Intercape’s poor service and rude drivers who thought they are doing us (as passenger) a favour. To Intercape: we pay for these services, so at least we must be treated we respect and dignity we deserve. No service is free, I pay for every service as required. On 14 November, I travelled from JHB to East London, in Bloemfontein we experienced a breakdown which affected my return on 15 November. While I understand that mechanical issues cannot always be predicted, the least that can be done is to treat passengers with the respect. As we waited for backup, it was raining heavily, and the bus was leaking, making things worse had to deal with a driver who thought he is doing me a favour
