Water leaking on top of me!!

InterCape why are you subjecting this to me? Water leaking on me while seated. How on earth do you not care to give a damn by fixing it or not booking the seat for financial gain. Boarded from CPT station 10:15 cpt-pta/sleepliner. Is it my responsibility to path dry, holding my arms in the air, never mind sleeping. How do you let this just be?
